    It absolutely does NOT help with bowel movement or regularity! If you take kratom long term its EXACTLY like an opiate painkiller and WILL constipate you terribly. I couldnt use the restroom for over a week and i got a perforated bowl because of it! Its good with pain relieving and anxiety but will STOP…YOU…UP! Beware youve been warned! It also causes low testosterone in men.
